Tae-Kwon-Do Korean Karate Ages 6+ Students of all ranks and levels will learn self-defense techniques and the history of Tae-Kwon-Do. No prior experience is necessary. The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy: An In Depth AnalysisThis course is designed to scrutinize the disparities between the findings of the Warren Commission and the United States House of Representatives regarding the assassination of President Kennedy. The Warren Commission, which conducted a ten-month investigation and released its conclusions in September 1964, will be compared with the conclusions reached by the House of Representatives, which conducted a more extensive thirty-one-month investigation and published its reports in March 1979. In light of the recent release of JFK-related classified documents and material, this new information will be added to the course content. Updated analysis will be presented and discussed, ensuring participants have access to the most current findings and interpretations related to this pivotal historical event. Throughout the course, participants will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of the controversies surrounding President Kennedy’s assassination. The 2-hour sessions are structured to provide ample time for participants to share their comments and pose questions, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment. This approach encourages a well-rounded exploration of the subject matter, allowing participants to delve into various perspectives and gain a deeper insight into the complexities surrounding this historical event. A brief biography...David, a retired small business owner from Minnesota, holds both a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in American History. Volleyball CampGirls 1st-3rd Grade *Early Release day!* Girls will be introduced to the exciting and fun sport of volleyball with an introduction instruction on passing, setting, serving and overhand attacking. While we won’t be playing 6-on-6 games, we will play games and stations to develop and introduce skills using balloons as a slower training method to work on form. We will also have volleylites on hand for the girls to try as well. Please pack a nut free snack for a mid camp/free time break. Space is limited so register early! Participants should report to the gym after school, girls will be supervised beginning at 12:30pm. Volleyball will begin at 12:45pm. Students from other schools are encouraged to attend.
