Tae-Kwon-Do Korean Karate

Ages 6+ 
Students of all ranks and levels will learn self-defense techniques and the history of Tae-Kwon-Do. No prior experience is necessary.

Beginner Class:
Students of all levels will learn traditional forms, self defense, sparring, discipline and respect. Great for the whole family! Please wear loose comfortable clothing suitable for kicking and bring a water bottle.

Advanced Class:
Continue your TKD training! This class is for students awarded rank by KKC Tae Kwon Do - Green Belt and above. Rank in other schools/martial arts should join beginner class for assessment.

Master Tessa Hagen is a Second Generation Instructor of KKC Tae Kwon Do. She has been training since the age of 5, earning her Black Belt and Instructor status in 2008. She has since been teaching ever since, in multiple locations around the South-West Metro.

Classes will be held in the Bayview Cafeteria. Enter through the loading dock doors in back of Bayview, the door has a few steps leading into it and they face the football field. Please register BEFORE attending your first class.
