Floor Hockey After School Grades 1-5After school floor hockey is a very popular after school program! Both boys and girls are welcome to register and play pick-up style floor hockey after school. Each day we meet new teams will be formed for floor hockey fun. Younger and older kids will be split up if numbers allow. Come to the gym after school, have a snack from 2:30-2:45 pm and we’ll start at Floor Hockey at 2:45 pm. Students from other schools are encouraged to attend. Floor Hockey SkyhawksAges 6-10is a fun, beginner-friendly intro to floor hockey focused on skill development in a safe, minimal-contact environment. Participants learn stickhandling, passing, shooting, and basic team play through drills and small-sided games. For safety, no body contact is allowed. Goalie equipment and traditional hockey pads are not used. Emphasizes teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.
