With the help of our Muscle Zoo friends, we teach the fundamentals of martial arts in this high-energy progression-based program. Each 45 minute class students learn and practice the traditions & skills of the sport inspired by the traditions and practices of martial arts. Designed to benefit a child’s physical, social and emotional development while building confidence and teaching practical life lessons. Belt included in session fees.
